How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model and terrain, PIXAR E-Bikes offer a range of 45 to 70 miles per charge. Factors like rider weight and pedal-assist level will also influence total mileage.
Do PIXAR E-Bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the assembly in approximately 20-30 minutes.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with more than 10 miles on the odometer.
Are PIXAR E-Bikes waterproof?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend submerging the bike in water or using high-pressure washers on electrical components.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every PIXAR E-Bike comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping via our specialized freight partners usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
